1932 Canadian 5-Cent Nickel Coin Roll (Circulated)

Large 5 Cents - George V (1922 - 1936)

To provide a 5-cent piece of more manageable size and because nickel is essentially a Canadian metal, the Canadian government introduced a coin of pure nickel coin beginning in 1922 replacing its small silver metal version from previous years.

Coin depicts the design of King George V (grandfather of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II) with the Latin inscription:
GEORGIVS V DEI GRA:REX ET IND:IMP meaning "George V, by the grace of God, the King and Emperor of India."

Features two maple leaves

Roll includes 40 coins of 1932 Canada 5 Cents (Nickels) in circulated condition.
