Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Coins Unlimited greatly values our customers and we aim for an enjoyable shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to help.

 

 


 Returns Policy

 

In-Store Return Policy

You can return your item(s) to Coins Unlimited within 10 calendar days of receipt. You are also required to bring the original sales receipt (proof of purchase). Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

 

Items ineligible for a return:

Precious metal (gold, silver, platinum) bullion bars, coins

 

Online Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your recent purchase, you have up to 10 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

 

If your order has an error or has been previously cancelled, please do not refuse courier delivery. Refusing delivery may increase the amount of time that it takes to credit your account. Make sure to accept delivery and notify us upon arrival.

 

 


 How to Return

 

In-Store Returns

Visit our Welland, Ontario, Canada location during regular business hours. Bring the original sales receipt and returning item(s). Government issued ID may also be required.

 

Online Returns

To initiate the return of item(s) purchased online, please do one of the following:

(i) complete our online Return Request Form. The order confirmation sent via email or within your shipment is required for reference during this process.

Within 1 - 2 business days of form submission, a Customer Service Representative will contact you with a return authorization and details required to send back your item(s).

(ii) call us at 905-788-0376 during regular business hours for further instructions. Please have your ORDER ID number available for reference.

 

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

 

Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service at 905-788-0376 during regular business hours for further instructions. Please have your ORDER ID number available for reference.

 


 Exchanges

 

In-Store Exchanges

You can exchange your item(s) to Noyes Jewellers within 10 calendar days of receipt. You are also required to bring the original sales receipt (proof of purchase). Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Item exchanges are subject to product availability. Personalised items may not be eligible for exchange.

 

Online Exchanges

Exchanges for items purchased online can be made up to 10 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s). To initiate an item exchange, please contact Customer Service at 905-788-0376 for further instructions. Item(s) must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Item exchanges are subject to product availability. Personalised items may not be eligible for exchange.

 

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) and resending exchanged item(s).

 


 Refunds

 

In-Store Refunds

All approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, etc. Any questions regarding date posting to your account should be directed to your card-issuing bank.

 

Online Refunds

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you with a confirmation of receipt by email or phone. We will also notify you in regards to the status of your refund.

Please note: All shipping costs are non-refundable.
