Weinman for the Walking Liberty Half Dollar minted from 1916 to 1947. Dueto its popularity the design was revived for the Silver Eagle coin first issued in 1986.
On your bar is the Capitol in Washington and the constitution of the USA. The obverse of your barhonours the 30th Anniversary of the Silver Eagle coin while showing the anniversary inscription, a stars and stripes banner, and the flying eagle.
